I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Western Michigan University. Delivering training across the United States and locally in Fairbanks, I have over 12 years experience in the Information Technology field as a computer applications trainer. My passion for training is showing people how to use software in a way that is effective for their business and easy to understand.
I am certified as a Microsoft Office Application Specialist and as a Microsoft Office User Specialist Authorized Instructor.
