I am here to help you with all your business needs! Before any work begins, I meet with you for a 1/2 hour consultation at no charge to determine the depth of your needs and provide you with an estimate. Hourly rates vary from $25 per hour to $75 per hour.
Company Representation/Marketing Services:
If you have no time for marketing, it's difficult to gain customers. I can help you create mass mailings, deliver flyers, or give presentations on your behalf. This service can be very basic or very broad depending on your needs.
Database Development:
If you need to track your customers, inventory, etc. I can design and build an Access database for your company. Support services are provided after creation to ensure you are utilizing your database effectively.
Forms Development/Training Manuals:
Paperwork can be a hassle. I can help you design and implement clean forms and templates that can be filled out on your computer, transferred to .pdf format, put on your website, or organized on your server for your employees to use. Forms can be password protected so that they aren't accidentally deleted or modified without your permission. After forms are built, support services include updates.
I can also help your company streamline your business processes, get organized, and will develop training manuals for your employees to help your company function at an optimum level of production. Please call for a quote.
Microsoft Consulting:
Do you need help creating a PivotTable in Excel or organizing your contacts and email? I can help alleviate your struggles with any of your Microsoft software. Typically, this service is something that can be completed in one hour.
QuickBooks Pro Company Setup/Support:
If
you are starting a new business or changing your software to QuickBooks,
getting setup can be a daunting task. I am available to help you
setup, purchase supplies, maintain/update your books, and backup your files.
I can work with your accountant to ensure your books are accurate.
Website Development:
I can build your website, and once it is built I also offer maintenance services. Fees are based per page. Additional outside fees for you would include paying for the domain name and web host.
